Everything a weekly hiring drive needs, nothing it doesn’t

Built while running real drives of several hundred candidates a week, so every screen exists because someone needed it on a Monday morning.

A rubric for every drive

Score a sales drive on pitch and objection handling and a tech drive on problem solving. Set the weights once, and every interviewer scores against the same anchors, so a 4 means the same thing from everyone.

Import hundreds, invite them in one click

Drop in a spreadsheet or a job board export, match the columns and skip duplicates. Then send every new candidate the assessment link with their name and deadline filled in.

Notes live in the candidate’s file

HR assessment scores and each interviewer’s notes sit side by side, so the next person picks up where the last one stopped instead of searching through chat threads.

A record of who did what

Every stage change, rubric edit, bulk email and access change is logged with a name and a time. When someone asks why a candidate was rejected, the answer is one search away.

One workspace for every HR, interviewer and admin

Each person signs in with their own role and sees only what that role needs. Pick a role to see its view.

Sees every drive, adds people and decides what each person can open.

From a sheet of applicants to a signed offer

The same five steps for every drive, whether it has twenty candidates or eight hundred.

  1. Bring candidates in

Upload a spreadsheet or a job board export into a drive. Columns are matched for you and duplicates are skipped.

  2. Send everyone the assessment

One email to every new candidate, with their name, role and deadline filled in. See who opened it and who started.

  3. Score them on the same rubric

Assessment answers and HR scores roll up into one weighted score per candidate, so the shortlist sorts itself.

  4. Interview with the full picture

Interviewers open the candidate’s file, see the HR scores and leave notes the whole team can read.

  5. Hire, then keep track

Move people to offer, record the decision, and follow new joiners onto their first project.

Shortlist dashboard showing this week’s hiring pipeline

Candidate data is personal. It is treated that way.

The live system enforces 59 access policies across its 16 tables, and every action is traceable to a person.

  • Row-level security on every table

Access rules live in the database itself, not only in the app, so each person can read only the rows their role allows.

  • A role for every person

Admins, HRs and interviewers each see what their job needs and nothing more. Admins grant and remove access.

  • Every change is logged

Stage moves, rubric edits, bulk emails and access changes are recorded with who made them and when.

  • Files stored separately

Resumes and documents sit on Cloudflare R2, apart from the candidate database, and are served only to signed-in users with access.

Ask your hiring data

Plain-language questions like “who is still waiting for an interview?” answered from your own drives, limited to what your role can already see.

Questions teams ask before switching

Something not covered here? Ask it in the form below and you’ll get a reply within a working day.

Who is this built for?

Companies that hire regularly: startups and mid-size teams running weekly drives for sales, support, marketing, operations or tech roles. If you are juggling spreadsheets, shared inboxes and forms to move a few hundred candidates a week, it is built for you.

How long does setup take?

Two to four weeks. In that time your drives, rubrics, email templates and team roles are configured, and any candidates you already have are imported, so you start with your real pipeline instead of an empty account.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. After setup you get 15 days to run real drives on it with your own team before you decide.

Can each hiring drive have its own scoring rubric?

Yes. Every drive gets its own rubric, and you can create as many as you need. A sales drive can score pitch and objection handling while a tech drive scores problem solving, and the scores stay comparable within each drive.

Can we bring in candidates we already have?

Yes. Import candidates in bulk from a spreadsheet or a job board export, then send all of them the assessment link with one click.

Can several HRs and interviewers work at the same time?

Yes. HRs, interviewers and admins each get their own login and role, so interviewers see the candidates assigned to them and their notes land in the candidate’s file.

Where is our data stored, and who can see it?

Candidate data sits in a managed Postgres database with row-level security on every table, and files such as resumes are stored on Cloudflare R2. Access follows each person’s role, and every change is written to an audit log.

Does it screen resumes with AI?

Not yet. AI resume ranking against the job description is in development, with personal details stripped before anything reaches the model. It will be added to existing accounts when it is ready.

Who builds and supports it?

It is built and supported by Sandeepan Verma, an independent developer. You talk directly to the person who wrote the software, so questions and changes do not go through a ticket queue.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on how many candidates you move each month and how much setup you need. Share your hiring volume on the demo call and you will get a written quote.
